About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager for a flagship high-end residential build in Los Angeles. You will own the project from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, layouts, sequencing, and site activities to ensure top-quality finishes on a luxury single-family home. The role offers a structured onboarding and clear progression as the LA team grows, with typical hours Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, and a salary in the $160,000–$175,000 range plus bonus and car
