Graduate Quantitative TraderFlow Traders is seeking driven, competitive, and intellectually curious individuals to join our growing Trading team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to begin your career at a proprietary trading firm, where entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and collaboration are central to how we operate. You will begin with an intensive three-month training program in Amsterdam, where you will build a foundation in Flow Traders' core business, the financial products we trade, market dynamics, pricing strategies, and proprietary trading systems. Through quantitative coursework, trading simulations, and instruction from Senior Traders and Quantitative Researchers, you will develop the skills needed to make informed, split-second decisions in dynamic financial markets. Following the program, you will join a trading desk in New York, where you will progressively take on greater responsibility, monitor markets, identify opportunities, and contribute directly to your desk's performance. What You Need to Succeed University degree, preferably in a STEM-related field Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets Understanding of financial products Excellent mental math, quantitative, and analytical skills Proficiency in Python Ability to think on your feet, reason logically, and deliver under pressure Entrepreneurial and competitive mindset with an eagerness to innovate and find creative solutions Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment that offers great challenges and rewards Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours may be required based on business, market, or trading needs This application is for our Fall 2027 start date. Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set. We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company's success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution. Per the NYC Salary Transparency Law, the total compensation for this role includes a base of $175,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
