About the role

Our client is a fee-for-service allergy and immunology practice caring for children and adults with complex allergic and immunologic conditions.
What you’ll do:
  • See pediatric and adult patients under a standard care arrangement with the allergist
  • Give oral immunotherapy for food allergy, allergy shots and biologics
  • Assist with skin, patch and food-challenge testing, pulmonary function testing
  • Handle prior authorizations for biologics and advanced therapies
  • Keep the clinic running when the physician is away, with collaborating-physician backup as Ohio law requires
  • Help with patient intake when needed. Everyone pitches in here!
Qualifications:
  • Ohio APRN-CNP license with prescriptive authority, plus national board certification
  • Allergy, pediatrics, pulmonary or primary care experience preferred but client will train the right candidate
  • A team player who shares commitment to thorough, patient-centered care
