About the role
The NERC O&P Compliance Lead at RWE Americas, LLC will support the internal NERC O&P Compliance Program to ensure adherence to NERC Standards and ISO/RTO requirements for power generation and battery systems. With minimal supervision, you will resolve complex compliance challenges, act as SME for assigned Standards, and collaborate across departments to maintain regulatory readiness and support audits and inquiries.
