About the role

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director, Claims Compliance to lead a team of analysts investigating regulatory inquiries and improving compliance across the claims platform. Based in Tempe with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days), you will partner with regulators and cross-functional teams to translate vision into compliant processes. The role reports to the Senior Director, Claims Quality and Compliance.
