Job Description:
Customize That is looking for a highly motivated experienced Embroidery Machine Operator.
Qualifications include:
3+ years experience, the ability to trouble shoot/problem solve in a fast paced environment, time management and ability to meet deadlines. Multi-tasking and organizational skills also a must. Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 40lbs.
***PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE***
Must be able to speak and read English.
Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Operate commercial embroidery machines.
Load and hoop garments accurately for stitching.
Read and interpret work orders, design sheets, and thread color charts.
Thread needles and program machine settings as required.
Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, tension adjustments).
Diagnose and resolve machine issues promptly.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
