They assist escrow officers by creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and records, and providing services to clients concerning the sale or refinance of real estate. The role requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment with minimal supervision.LocationOnsite in our Scottsdale, AZ office.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.Ability to articulate challenges and anticipate and solve problems.Responsive to client inquiries in a professional and proactive manner.Work with a sense of urgency in a fast‐paced environment, with strong prioritization, organization, and execution of incoming tasks/requests.Meet and manage deadlines with consistent follow‐through.Enjoy working in partnership or on a team.Flexible work schedule to allow for occasional overtime.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience working in an office environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.Preferred ExperienceBachelor's and/or associate degree strongly preferred.Real Estate industry experience preferred, but not required.Compensation & BenefitsFNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including education, training, specialty, experience, and location.
