Position Summary:
Respool Operator The Respool Operator is responsible for setting up and operating respooling equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes and inspect product quality
- Accurately maintain production reports and records
- Always follow all safety rules and procedures
- Skills & Experience
- Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to strictly adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements
- Ability to pass a post-offer, company-paid physical, drug screen, and background check
