Job Description: Our client in Addison, TX is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join their team immediately. This role is responsible for overseeing daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring products are shipped accurately and delivered on time. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, customer service, or related field
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Steel-toed boots are required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers preferred
  • Inventory control or inventory management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with carrier shipping software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 30-minute lunch break
