Project Coordinator - Virginia

Supporting the Water & Environment department, the full-time Project Coordinator - Virginia will manage project setup, maintenance, and closeout while providing administrative support for contract management and facilitating communication within project teams. Key ResponsibilitiesManage project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations while maintaining organized records Assist Project Managers with project schedules, budgets, and financial reports, identifying trends and potential project issues Coordinate meetings and project-related activities to ensure effective team communication and adherence to governance policiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or equivalent experience 1 year of experience in project administration or a related role, preferably in engineering or planning projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software (e.g., MS Project) Basic understanding of project management and project controls Demonstrated openness to innovation and evolving technology to enhance workflows
