About the role

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager / Program Lead to manage complex integration programs within the Fiserv ecosystem. The role will coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, vendors, and banking partners to deliver strategic financial technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and banking integration programs. Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Compliance. Drive integrations involving APIs, core banking, cloud platforms, payments, data, and external banking partners. Facilitate technical discussions and remove delivery blockers. Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting. Ensure projects meet security, regulatory, operational, and compliance requirements. Manage multiple workstreams through production launch and post-launch support.
Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience managing large-scale technology programs.5+ years of banking, fintech, payments, or financial services experience. Strong experience with enterprise integrations and platform modernization. Experience with cash management, digital assets, or stablecoins. Strong understanding of: APIs & microservices Cloud technologies, preferably AWSCore banking and financial platforms Payments and money movement Data integration and reconciliation Security and regulatory requirements PreferredPMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification. Experience with banking products, deposits, treasury, payment networks, digital assets, or M&A integrations. Experience with modern banking platforms/cores.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Technical Program Manager with strong banking/fintech experience who can bridge business, technology, architecture, engineering, and executive stakeholders while delivering complex integration programs.
