Finishing Machine Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00pm to 04:00am)Operate and monitor finishing range equipment to process fabric according to quality and production specifications Set machine controls and verify proper startup Monitor fabric quality and adjust machine settings for width, tension, temperature, and processing requirements Review and complete work orders and production documentation Inspect finished material, send samples to the Lab as required, and report quality or equipment issues Wrap finished rolls, attach piece tickets, and prepare material for packing Maintain housekeeping, remove waste, and follow all safety and production procedures
Finishing Machine Operator Qualifications:
Technical certificate, 3-6 months of manufacturing experience, or equivalent experience preferred Basic computer skills and ability to complete production and quality documentation Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions, safety procedures, and work instructions in English Basic math skills, including measurements and simple calculations Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to troubleshoot routine issues Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
