JOB SUMMARY:

As an Temporary Accounting Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. This is a temporary position, 24-32 hours per week, for several weeks. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Scanning/Filing Assist with fundings as needed Lien waivers and tracking Label bank statements at beginning of month Bank Recons Cash Receipts - HMC A/R (scan, label in folder, and file) Cash Receipts - wires in/out HMC - money market/ops transfers DEV - money market/ops transfers A/P entry Create monthly invoices - 1st of the month Code and enter all ROP invoices Work up WRKC distributions and enter in SAGE FedEx spreadsheet M3 hotels spreadsheet - and update excel spreadsheet WHAT YOU BRING: A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures. Experience with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Preferably SAGE (MAS) as well. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
