Overview: Faux is seeking a full-time & part-time LINE COOK to join our opening team! We’re building a focused, high-energy kitchen and looking for cooks who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and want to be part of building a team. QualificationsExperience as a Line Cook or similar roleFundamental knowledge on cooking techniques, knife skills and food safetyAble to follow systems, recipes and directionsAbility to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environmentReliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitudeFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand/walk for extended periods during shiftsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbsResponsibilitiesFollow all BOH systems, processes, and daily checklistsMaintain a clean and organized workspace following food safety and sanitation standardsRun and maintain your station through prep, service, and breakdownExecute dishes consistently with attention to detail and presentationUphold the presentation and quality of food to a high standardStrong communication with BOH team to ensure smooth and efficient serviceContribute to a positive, accountable kitchen cultureFaux is an equal opportunity employer.
