In this role, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for program performance and analysis, supporting personnel, and influencing finance and business operations strategy. Tasks for this role include: Analysis of actual headcount and cost. Development of performance metrics and preparation of related reports. Provide guidance to control account managers. Analyze variances and develop corrective action plans. Assist in the development of review materials for the consumption of internal and Government interfaces. Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses
Basic Qualifications: Finance or business operations experience or anything finance to multitask and work ad hoc requests. Strong Microsoft office skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Skills: Earned Value Management Experience. Budget Baseline and Management Experience. Working Knowledge of COBRA, Microsoft Tools, and SAP.Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work with large communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial issues. Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements. Must work well in team environments.2+ years of related finance experiences with a bachelors or masters degree.
