About the role
Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technician We are looking for a skilled Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately! Responsibilities include inspecting and assessing vacant units for necessary repairs and maintenance. Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Perform touch-up painting as required. Coordinate with property management on maintenance priorities for unit readiness. Document work completed and report issues with vacant unit to management.
Qualifications:
Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred. Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
