You will have the resources and support necessary to maintain a confidential and professional virtual office space.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging teletherapy sessions that allow clients to express their concerns in a safe environment.Deliver timely and compassionate assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions, ensuring adherence to medical necessity guidelines and best practice standards.Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date client records using a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system.Respond to client inquiries and concerns within established timeframes, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.Practice cultural competence by providing individualized care that respects each client’s unique background and experiences.Keep abreast of current telehealth regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant licensing board requirements.Showcase professionalism, accountability, and exceptional service in all interactions with clients to enhance their overall experience.Patient Population / Client FocusYour work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Emphasizing a client-centered approach, you will adapt counseling methods to meet the specific needs of each client while providing culturally sensitive support. This role presents a unique opportunity to impact the lives of those seeking mental health assistance in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.QualificationsEducation: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.Licensure: A valid Arizona state license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or an equivalent credential that allows for telehealth practice.Clinical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in remote counseling techniques and effective use of telehealth platforms.Communication Skills: Exceptional online communication, active listening, and empathic engagement are essential.Ethical Standards: Understanding and commitment to ethical principles underpinning mental health practice, especially in a telehealth context.Cultural Competence: Good ability to work with a wide range of cultural backgrounds and experiences.Technology Proficiency: A strong familiarity with telehealth technology, EHR systems, and other relevant software used in mental health counseling.Preferred ExperienceWhile previous experience in mental health counseling and telehealth is preferred, we are also open to candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to professional growth and client care. New graduates who meet the licensure requirements and exhibit a passion for mental health are encouraged to apply.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
