This posting seeks to fill at either the Fuels Engineer I, Fuels Engineer II or Senior Fuels Engineer level; whichever level is most suited to the qualifications of the applying candidate. Fuels Engineer I Job Function: Under the supervision of higher level engineers, provides technical and field support for fuels infrastructure projects and maintenance activities. Fuels Engineer II Job Function: Project management and construction management of fuel infrastructure installations, repairs, and maintenance projects in support of the HECO Fuel Infrastructure Management Program. Senior Fuels Engineer Job Function: Provides expert level field engineering and technical consulting for the Fuels Department in identifying and resolving operational issues; optimizing maintenance activities to enhance fuel infrastructure performance, reliability, and life; and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
