Job Highlights Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other channels in a remote work environment Apply insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions across Allstate's product portfolio Utilize a proven sales strategy to influence purchase decisions and convert prospects into customers Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality business production Meet or exceed performance metrics including sales production, time management, and adherence to sales processes Candidate Profile Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in your state of residence (or willingness to earn) is preferred 1+ year of sales, customer service, or related experience is a plus Ability to work weekends and nights is required Applicants must have reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in the home (Allstate will provide all equipment) Relevant soft skills include high stress tolerance, critical thinking, openness to coaching and feedback, strong communication skills, and accountability Additional Information Reimbursement of Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License exam and fees upon approval Pay differentials may apply for Spanish/English bilingual employees Internet reimbursement Performance-based monetary incentives may be available Location Chicago Benefits Childcare Assistance;Dental;Employee Assistance;Life Insurance;Long Term Disability;Maternity Leave;Medical;Paid Training/Personal Development;Personal;Retirement/401K;Sick;Tuition Reimbursement;Vacation;Vision
