About the role
Managing a significant book of clients, the remote DC Compliance Consultant will provide expert guidance on retirement plan features, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and oversee the administration of retirement plans.
Key responsibilities:
Process complex plan transactions, including rollovers, distributions, loans, and hardship withdrawals
Resolve escalated participant and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Manage and complete compliance, financial, and regulatory reports accurately and on time Required qualifications 5+ years of employee benefits or defined contribution retirement/recordkeeping experience
Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred
Experience with Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) or similar recordkeeping systems
Understanding of defined contribution compliance work, including testing and 5500s
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
