Summary: During the 3 month period, the Shared Services intern will have the opportunity to support a variety of initiatives while working alongside our Sales, Real Estate, IT, Human Resources, or Legal team. This role will conduct market research, review reporting and analytics, and be a part of a team making recommendations based upon findings. Our interns use creativity and strategic thinking to make a positive impact while learning hands‑on skills needed to successfully navigate the modern workplace.

Develop an understanding of company operations, systems, and reporting tools/practices. Partner on process improvement initiatives aimed at efficiency and accuracy. Facilitate data entry and data extrapolation from specific systems. Partner on projects that provide practical experience.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED from accredited institution. Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's degree. Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications: Currently enrolled at a college or university with a junior or senior class standing and working towards a Bachelor's degree. Curiosity about industry trends, competitors and results. Ability and interest to understand technology. General understanding of data analytics. Ability to work in a cross functional team environment Self-starter willing to take initiative, but not be afraid to ask questions Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Compensation Hiring Salary Range/ Hiring Hourly Rate: $22.50 Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
