About the role

Job Description: The CDL Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely operating passenger buses on routes generally lasting over two hours. Reporting to the operations supervisor, this role ensures efficient and comfortable transportation for passengers during regular daytime shifts. The driver maintains strict adherence to safety protocols and provides excellent customer service throughout the journey.
Responsibilities: Operate passenger bus safely and efficiently on assigned routes Transport passengers with a focus on comfort and safety Manage routes and maintain schedule adherence Comply with all safety regulations and company policies Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after routes Deliver courteous and professional customer service
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial driving Valid CDL License with Passenger Endorsement
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in commercial driving and route navigation Competency in vehicle inspection and safety awareness Strong customer service and communication skills
