Our client, manufacturing facility is seeking a Foam Assembler to join their team. As a Foam Assembler, you will be part of production operations supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions consistently, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Goshen, IN
Pay Range: $16.00/hour
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWhat's the Job? Spray glue/adhesive onto foam components according to production specifications Assemble foam pieces and finished products to meet required accuracy and quality standards Inspect products for quality and correctness before moving to the next step Follow production schedules and work instructions to keep workflow on track Maintain a clean and safe work area while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment What's Needed? Good work history and a dependable attendance record Ability to pass a tape measure test Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required What's in it for me?
