About
Chrono24 is the world’s leading online marketplace for luxury watches, trusted with over 500,000 listings across 150+ countries and backed by more than 20 years of market experience. Our US organization is in active growth mode, expanding our dealer network and establishing Chrono24 as the #1 platform in the US luxury watch market. We are looking for a Dealer Success Manager to join our Miami-based team and drive the full lifecycle of dealer activation, development, and retention.
Role Overview
The Dealer Success Manager owns the dealer journey from registration through activation and long-term membership growth. This is a proactive, commercial, and highly autonomous role focused on speed, conversion, and account development. You will independently manage your own portfolio like a business: setting priorities, building development plans, and driving dealers forward. We expect you to take initiative, spot opportunities across your book of accounts, and act on them. You will be responsible for reducing time-to-activation, improving tester-to-member conversion, and growing dealer accounts within our tier structure. Sitting at the intersection of operations, sales, and account management, your work will directly impact US supply growth.
What you can expect
Own and independently drive the full dealer journey — from registration to activation, tester conversion, and long-term growth
Proactively develop your portfolio: build and execute your own account-development plans rather than waiting for inbound requests
Contact new dealers quickly, lead onboarding, and ensure required documents and KYC steps are completed
Remove friction in the onboarding process and continuously improve time-to-activation
Serve as the main point of contact for testers, guiding them toward active membership
Identify high-potential accounts and design tier-upgrade plans on your own initiative
Educate dealers on platform features, listing best practices, and sales tools
Monitor dealer activity, anticipate at-risk accounts, and take action early to protect conversion and retention
Partner cross-functionally with Acquisition, KYC, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs and improve the dealer experience
Must-Have Qualifications
Self-starter with a proactive, independent, ownership-driven work style
4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, or platform environments
Demonstrated track record of proactively and independently developing accounts — you are used to owning a book of business and growing it without close supervision
Proven ability to own and improve a KPI such as conversion, activation speed, or retention
Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and able to self-manage multiple accounts and competing priorities at once
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using a CRM and working in structured workflows
Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in luxury goods, watches, or collectibles
Familiarity with KYC or compliance processes
Experience with dashboards like Qlik, Tableau, or Looker
Existing relationships in the US dealer or auction community
Spanish language skills a plus
What we offer
Join the global market leader in luxury watch e-commerce at a pivotal moment of US expansion
High-impact, highly visible role — your results directly shape US supply growth
Miami-based team with a collaborative, performance-driven culture
Competitive compensation package with performance-based variable component
Exposure to a global organization spanning Miami, London, and Karlsruhe HQ
Real ownership: this is not a support role — you run your portfolio like a business

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
