About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition for Performance Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of senior and hard-to-fill roles, with a focus on affiliate and performance marketing business. This role demands an individual with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring for roles such as paid media, yield, CRO, and data science, all of which are essential for the company's mission of high-value customer acquisition at scale.
