Job Type: Full-Time, Contract with Potential for Direct Hire Pay:1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $16.00/hr (Monday - Friday) 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM | $16.50/hr (Monday - Friday) Overtime Available - 50+ Hours Per Week
Job Summary: We are seeking Press Operators to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating press machines, inspecting materials, handling objects, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of following strict production guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and control press machines and related equipment Handle and move materials efficiently to support production needs Inspect labels, materials, and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality Monitor and maintain equipment for optimal performance Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company procedures Work 50+ hours per week with potential for overtime
Requirements: Must pass a background check (iChat) and drug test (mouth swab)Must complete specific paperwork before starting Required to attend an unpaid orientation and facility walkthrough before beginning work Must provide necessary identification and information for badge processing Complete required safety training, quizzes, and attendance agreements Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive-motion environment Why Join Us?
