Job Description Position Overview Mu-Del Electronics is seeking a highly skilled PCB Design Engineer with strong experience in high-speed, mixed-signal, and RF circuit design. This role will be responsible for end-to-end PCB development, from concept and schematic capture through layout, testing, and production support. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, hands‑on debugging experience, and the ability to work in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments. Key Responsibilities Design and develop complex multi‑layer PCBs including digital, analog, RF, and power circuits Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and signal integrity analysis using Altium Develop high‑speed designs involving interfaces such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, LVDS, and DDR Conduct simulation and modeling using tools such as LTspice, PSpice, and ADS for RF and EMC performance Collaborate cross‑functionally with mechanical, firmware, and systems engineers to ensure design integration Perform board bring‑up, validation, debugging, and root cause analysis Support DFM/DFA processes, including generation of fabrication and assembly documentation (BOMs, Gerbers) Participate in design reviews, testing, and product lifecycle improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 4+ years of experience in PCB design and development Strong expertise in mixed‑signal and RF circuit design Experience with high‑density, high‑speed PCB layouts Proficiency with tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, ADS, LTspice Hands‑on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers) Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g. STM32) Knowledge of communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet Familiarity with EMC/EMI design practices and testing Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Strong problem‑solving and debugging capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments Excellent communication and documentation skills Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and in teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with RF systems, GPS, or avionics hardware Experience designing for aerospace, defense, or industrial applications Experience with FPGA or GPU‑based systems Experience working with MRP/ERP systems and working in a manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
