Data Entry Expert (Remote)El Paso, TX, United StatesAbout the JobPosition DetailsPerform all data entry related tasks by collecting, compiling, sorting and verifying correct data to be entered. Establishes entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.Responsibilities:Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered.Review data for completeness and accuracy.Contact authors of source documents to address data inconsistencies and to gather missing data.Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry.Maintain records of work completed.Update data in appropriate databases in accurate and timely manner so as to avoid backlogging.Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality.Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases.Enter and update files into Excel spreadsheets.Answering queries related to data or data errors in the systemQualifications:Excellent attention to detail.Ability to multitask effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office and ExcelWe accomplish our mission with a team of experts working collaboratively on meaningful, impactful projects for our clients.
