Warehouse Associate Snyder A/C, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting our technicians and operations team by ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are accurately received, organized, and distributed. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials and equipment. Pull, stage, and distribute materials for technicians and installation crews. Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed. Assist with deliveries and transfers between company locations when necessary. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management. Ensure all tools, parts, and equipment are properly stored and readily available for field teams. Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred.
  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred.
  • Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
