About the role

Charter Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a Direct Labor Supervisor for Massillon, OH. You will oversee production floor activities and coordinate with shift supervisors to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals on a rotating 15-day month schedule. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, a management degree preferred, and a proven track record in leading teams, improving quality, and ensuring safety.
