Let's see if you have what it takes to shine!Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact for USA & Canada wholesale accounts and local sales representative's teamsManage wholesale order entry, adjustments, cancellations, and special ordersProcess returns, damages, and RMA claimsCoordinate reverse logistics with Operations and warehouse teamsProvide shipment updates, ETAs, and proactive account follow-upsResolve order discrepancies and escalate issues when neededPartner with Logistics and Accounts Receivable on order-related mattersSupport trade shows, samples, and sales incentive shipmentsQualifications2+ years of customer service experience (B2B/wholesale preferred), order processing, logistics, or distributionExperience with SAP and B2B platforms preferredProficient in Excel and OutlookEnglish required; Spanish preferredCan be based in New York, NY or Miami, FLSkillsStrong organizational and planning abilitiesDetail-oriented and solution-drivenExcellent written and verbal communicationCustomer-focused mindsetAbility to multitask and work under pressureProactive, adaptable, and team-orientedUnode50 is an equal opportunity employer.
