Cydecor is seeking a Capture Director in Arlington, VA to lead capture strategy and execution for priority DoD/Intelligence Community opportunities. This role collaborates with BD, Customer Engagement, Operations, pricing, contracts, and leadership to shape pursuits from qualification through award.

5+ years in government contracting, strong capture leadership, and experience with Shipley/Lohfeld methodologies to develop winning strategies and teaming plans.
