Role Description:
This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Representative role based in Nashville, TN, must live in the Nashville area. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective rental business partners, conduct outbound calls and emails, and manage inbound inquiries to build a strong sales pipeline. This role includes presenting the Big Rentals platform, delivering product demos, and clearly explaining value propositions to decision-makers. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation campaigns, track activity and results in CRM tools, and provide feedback on prospects’ needs and market trends. Ongoing responsibilities include nurturing relationships, following up on opportunities, and meeting or exceeding defined activity and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for prospecting and pipeline-building activities.
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills to convert opportunities and grow accounts.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools to manage leads, track activities, and report results is beneficial.
Proven ability to meet targets, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a hybrid environment is preferred.
Background in B2B SaaS, logistics, rentals, or related industries is a plus.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
