About the role

Lilly seeks a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-specific training for GMQLD, ensuring content aligns with COE standards and global requirements. The role collaborates with SMEs, Platform Leads, and the COE to keep curricula current and compliant while addressing platform and site needs. Located in Indianapolis, the LA will drive content governance, apply process-based curricula, and support continuous improvement in qualification outcomes across multiple sites and time zones.
