About the role

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join our growing MA team as CBHI Program Director. You will lead the in-home behavioral therapy and therapeutic mentoring programs, guiding staff to implement treatment plans and ensure high-quality client care. The role requires an LMHC or LICSW, a master's degree, at least five years of relevant experience and supervisory leadership.
