⚡ Journeyman Lineman & Line Foreman Watts Electric | Nebraska Watts Electric is expanding its transmission line operations and is hiring both experienced Journeyman Linemen and Line Foremen with proven experience performing energized (hot) transmission work at 69kV and above. These are key hires as Watts continues to grow its transmission line operations. We are looking for experienced line professionals who understand high-voltage transmission work, take safety seriously, and want to be part of building and growing a strong transmission operation.
What We're Looking For: • Journeyman Lineman or Line Foreman experience• Proven energized/hot transmission experience at 69kV and above• Strong transmission line construction and maintenance background• Knowledge of high-voltage systems, equipment and safe work practices• Experience working safely on and around energized transmission systems• Strong communication, judgment and problem-solving skills• Willingness to travel to project locations as required For Line Foremen We are looking for proven field leaders who can lead experienced line crews, coordinate work in the field, maintain strong safety and productivity standards, and help develop the people working under them.
