JOIN OUR TEAM!The Administrative Services Level I position provides organization of the center's clerical functions, such as compiling, maintaining, and preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence. They are responsible for accurate and timely filing of Bankruptcy Proofs of Claim and/or accurate posting and record keeping for Bankruptcy payments received from the Bankruptcy Courts and Trustees.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIESPerforms Administrative ResponsibilitiesFiles Proof of Claim assigned to department and maintains related recordsConducts searches of previous and current bankruptcy casesUploads daily bankruptciesObtains and maintains bankruptcy court loginsServes as back-up for Accurint user id's Maintains Financial and Regulatory Control Posts attorney payments for non-bankrupt accounts and recoveriesCompletes all posting of bankruptcy paymentsPerforms adjustments to accounts when needed to ensure balancesEnsures compliance with all bankruptcy regulationsCreates an Exceptional Customer Experience Responds to customer's needs in a timely and efficient mannerBuilds internal and external relationshipsEnsures customer confidentiality and private information is maintainedEDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to meet current certification requirements of various States and Federal regulatorsDemonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgmentAdvanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settingsAbility to maintain confidential business and personal informationAction focusedStrong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)Proficient with MS Office Suite productsMust possess a valid driver's license, and have the ability to operation an automobile
