What You'll Do:
Represent client brands and promotional campaigns inside established retail locations.
Engage directly with customers through professional, face-to-face interactions.
Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and available offers.
Support customer acquisition, sales, and brand awareness initiatives.
Assist with retail marketing events and promotional campaigns.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, marketing, communication, and leadership development.
Develop an understanding of campaign management, customer relations, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily execution of retail sales and marketing campaigns.
Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
Assist customers throughout the product selection and enrollment process.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services.
Track customer interactions and contribute to campaign performance goals.
Work closely with team members and leadership to improve campaign results.
Contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and overall performance.
