About the role

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Core Market Operations, Ohio - Direct Division to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This leader will oversee core market operations with a focus on driving revenue performance, operational excellence, and customer growth across Ohio. The role partners closely with Sales leadership to shape market strategy, improve service delivery, and strengthen the organization’s competitive position. The right leader will bring title and escrow expertise, strong financial accountability, and a hands-on approach to scaling efficient, technology-enabled operations.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $148,600 – $198,200 annually
Responsibilities: Own overall P&L performance, with accountability for revenue and financial objectives Develop and execute an integrated state strategy in partnership with Sales leadership Identify market opportunities and convert them into actionable growth strategies Champion technology and innovation to support growth and improve efficiency Lead title and escrow operations while ensuring compliance and service quality Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows, staffing, and service delivery Align operational capabilities with customer acquisition and retention strategies
