Description: Kforce has a client in Oakland, CA seeking an IT Analyst - AV & Corporate Events for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands-on AV professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting high-visibility company events, executive meetings, and live presentations.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and support AV operations for company town halls, executive meetings, earnings calls, and other live events* Set up, test, and operate audio/visual equipment, conference room technology, and presentation systems* Run presentations and provide real-time troubleshooting during live events* Support podcasts, media rooms, streaming events, and executive communications* Provide end-user IT support when not actively supporting events* Assist with laptop setup, onboarding/offboarding activities, and conference room technology support* Partner with business and executive stakeholders to deliver a seamless meeting experience
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on corporate AV support experience* Experience supporting town halls, all-hands meetings, executive presentations, or similar live events* Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Experience with conferencing, presentation, and collaboration technologies* General desktop support or end-user IT support experience is a plus* Ability to work onsite five days per week in Oakland
Ideal Background: Candidates may come from AV Technician, AV Support Specialist, Unified Communications Technician, IT Support Analyst, or similar corporate AV support environments
