About the role

Avangrid Power is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician for our Kensett, IA site to operate, maintain, repair, and replace equipment at a wind-powered plant. The role leads plant operations as directed by the Plant Manager and requires travel to other sites as needed, with on-call duties and overtime possible. Responsibilities include reading schematics, troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems, and performing mechanical/electrical repairs per OEM manuals.
