You will gain hands-on experience across multiple lines of business including project management, asphalt plant operations, crew coordination, and business management tasks. Responsibilities span bidding, contracts setup, working with estimators and project managers, and learning job cost, P&L basics, and material logistics. Travel and flexible hours may be required.
