About the role
Busy Family Dental office in Auburn NY is looking for a Front desk receptionist. No experience required. We will train the right candidate who is friendly, organized and can create a welcoming environment. Office hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Thursday. Competitive wages, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, uniform allowance and bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate patient records. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information to patients. Process payments, maintain patient accounts, and handle billing procedures..Verify insurance coverage, collect patient information, and prepare necessary paperwork. Maintain patient charts, update medical histories, and handle confidential information. Assist with office tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining inventory. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and treatment schedules.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
