Business Development Manager – Infrastructure & Defense Staffing Charlotte, North Carolina | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Are You a Hunter? Anistar Technologies is growing our Infrastructure & Defense Staffing Division and we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our national client base. This isn't a traditional account-management role. We want you to go get the business. You'll prospect, cold call, get in front of decision-makers, win new accounts, and then own and grow those relationships as they develop. And here's the advantage: You Sell. We Recruit. You Grow. You'll have a large, experienced recruiting team behind you to source and deliver the talent your clients need. Your focus is on what you do best: Making calls. Getting meetings. Winning business. Growing accounts. Making money.
What You'll Do: Hunt for new business and develop your own pipeline Build relationships with executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers Close new staffing and recruiting opportunities Own and grow your client accounts after the sale Develop business with national clients across multiple markets Partner with our recruiting organization to deliver results Manage your pipeline and consistently exceed sales goals
