About the role
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Regional Account Executive to help expand our footprint with broadband service providers, cooperatives, municipal networks, telecom operators, and WISPs. This is a true hunter role where you'll build your territory, develop executive-level relationships, and close impactful managed services opportunities
What You'll Do:
Own a geographic territory and build a robust sales pipeline from the ground up. Develop relationships with executive and operational leaders at broadband providers. Manage complex sales cycles from discovery through close. Drive both new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts. Travel throughout your territory, meeting customers face-to-face and representing the company at industry events. Leverage CRM and sales tools to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience. Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities. Experience in broadband, telecom, technology, managed services, or similar solution-based sales environments. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and territory management skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a disciplined sales process. Willingness to travel 40-50% within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend tradeshows.
