Management Trainee Program

Location: North Raleigh, NC | On-Site At Lega Nova Group, we believe leadership is developed through experience. Our Management Training Program is designed to take motivated individuals from an entry-level position through a structured, hands-on cross-training program focused on sales, leadership, operations, and project management. Lega Nova means “New Leadership.” Our goal is to develop the next generation of leaders by giving team members the skills, experience, and responsibility needed to grow within the organization. Our Four-Phase Management Development Program Phase 1 — Sales & Marketing Build a strong foundation in customer engagement, direct sales, marketing strategy, communication, and campaign execution. Learn how our teams create measurable growth for the brands we represent. Phase 2 — Team Leadership Develop leadership and communication skills while learning how to coach, motivate, and support a high-performing team. Gain hands-on experience with team development, performance management, and training. Phase 3 — Administrative & Operations Learn the systems behind a successful organization, including scheduling, reporting, recruiting, onboarding, team coordination, and day-to-day business operations. Phase 4 — Project Management Take ownership of projects, campaigns, and team initiatives while developing the ability to plan, execute, analyze, and improve business strategies.
