About the role

You will lead cross-functional teams to forecast capacity, develop processes, and drive enterprise-wide workforce initiatives that support patient-centered care. You will oversee KPI reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform senior leadership decisions and optimize talent supply and demand.
