About the role
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for hospital operations, clinical services, and business performance
- Set and execute the organization’s strategic vision, aligning clinical excellence with financial sustainability
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, state licensing agencies, and federal regulations
- Partner closely with Medical Staff, Nursing, and Clinical Leadership to drive quality outcomes and patient safety

- Build and lead a high-performing executive team, developing future leaders
- Serve as the primary representative to governing bodies, regulators, referral sources, and community partners
- Oversee accreditation readiness, risk management, and continuous performance improvement initiatives
- Drive service line growth, census development, and market positioning in behavioral health
- Psychiatric hospital operations
