Serve as a dedicated travel counselor supporting U.S. military personnel and government travelers. Manage end-to-end booking process via phone, email, and messaging, ensuring adherence to compliance and service metrics. Handle time-sensitive itineraries, including changes due to orders or emergencies, with composure and urgency.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' Sabre GDS experience with core command proficiency (PNR, fare pricing, ticketing, exchanges). Minimum 2 years' international booking experience, including complex itineraries and fare construction. Experience with government fares (JTR, DTS, CPA) and prior military/government support strongly preferred. Comprehensive health benefits including medical, vision, and dental.
