Customer Service Representative 2 Claims DivisionProvide customer service and assistance to injured workers, attorneys, paralegals, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators regarding claims and file access. Process and verify records requests to ensure appropriate permission and party interest before granting access. Research claim records using database systems, microfiche, and microfilm. Receive, date stamp, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments. Create and issue invoices for records requests, including calculating payment amounts and collecting payments. Follow up on outstanding payments by sending invoices and payment request letters. Update and maintain the Claims Division database with relevant information. Participate in Arizona Management System (AMS) activities, including daily huddles and staff meetings. Utilize computer knowledge and Google Suite (especially Google Sheets) to perform daily tasks. Apply call center experience to best support customer service functions.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
